Olive Oil Tasting – Sensory Experience
Discover the nuances of our organic extra virgin olive oil from its very origin
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of extra virgin olive oil through a unique sensory experience. Learn to recognize the aromas, flavors, and textures that define a truly exceptional EVOO, guided by our expert tasters.
During the tasting, you’ll discover how the olive variety, fruit ripeness, and production process influence every nuance of the oil.
We’ll teach you how to identify the fruity, bitter, and peppery notes; to distinguish between early and mature harvest oils; and to appreciate the complexity of a product that captures the pure essence of the Jaén olive groves.
The experience includes a tasting of several oils paired with artisan bread and local products, allowing you to enjoy, compare, and learn to value the quality of the true juice of the olive.

Discover the vastness of the night sky under the stars of Baños de la Encina
Discover the immensity of the night sky with certified astronomy guides from the Spanish Federation of Astronomical Associations (FAAE), members of the Linarense Association of Astronomy Curiosity.
We’ll begin by identifying, with the naked eye and the help of a laser pointer, the brightest stars, main constellations, and the legends hidden in the sky. Then, you’ll observe through professional telescopes the Moon in detail, as well as planets, double stars, star clusters, and much more.
To end the night on a high note, we’ll project in real time, on a giant screen, breathtaking nebulae and distant galaxies, while you relax surrounded by nature beneath the starry skies of Baños de la Encina.
